We are proudly based in Bangkok and Shanghai. We ship (almost) worldwide from our studios.
Hand Packaged Orders
Every order is hand packaged with care and love.
Your jewelry pieces will come protected in our
INXSKY leather pouch and box.
You will also receive a silver polishing cloth and personal thank you card inside the parcel.

Dispatching Time
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days time.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer FREE international shipping for all countries regardless of your order amount.
Delivery Timeline
You will find the estimated shipment turnaround time on our delivery timeline page.
Kindly note that all the international orders will have to go through
customs, which may cause slight delays at times - especially during holiday high seasons.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Please note that for international shipments, custom duties and taxes might incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations.
If in the unfortunate case that the duties and taxes incur on your shipment, you will be fully responsible for paying them. Please keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
For all parcels rejected due to duties and taxes, please note that we won't be refunding your order.
Once the parcel is shipped, you
will receive an email with the tracking details, which will provide a full end-to-end tracking of your parcel. Kindly check your spam box just in case.

RETURN
Return Policy
As a small business, we currently only accept local returns. Kindly note that due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept any exchanges on pierced earrings.
For international customers, please carefully read our product description before purchasing! If you have any questions regarding any products from our store, feel free to email us, we would be more than happy to help address your questions.
Return Process
Please send your product return request to
support@inxsky.com with:
- Your full name
- Your reason for product return
- Product photo
Once approved, please return the product and provide us with the return shipment’s
tracking number.
Order Refund
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your
order for refund within 48 hours.
Defective or Incorrect Product
Kindly note that we carefully inspect all our jewelry pieces before dispatching them.
If in the unlikely event that you receive any faulty piece from us, we sincerely apologize. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving your order and we will send you either a replacement or store credit.
