We ship worldwide from our head office in Shanghai using express delivery for all orders!


Hand Packaged Orders

Your jewelry pieces are hand packaged and come protected in our INXSKY pouches and boxes.
You will also receive a silver polishing clothe and personal thank you card inside.




Delivery Costs, Dispatching & Shipment Turnaround Time

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days time.

Fed up with parcels that are taking more than one month to arrive? Worried about missing and lost parcels?

Don’t worry, at INXSKY we will help track your parcel until it arrives safely in your hand.
Once the parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details - Please kindly check your spam box just in case.
Your parcel will take less than 10 business days to arrive depending on your country.

Be aware that all the international orders will have to go through customs, which may cause slight delays at times - especially during holiday high seasons.
We mark all orders as "GIFT" so there is no additional fee charged by custom duties.

All local deliveries to Great China are free of charge.
For international orders under USD $85, we charge a USD $20 flat rate for the below mentioned countries.
If your order total is above USD $85, we offer free international shipping.

RETURN


As a small business, we care about our customers' experience. Every customer is special and important to us.
That’s why we accept all international returns within 5 days after receiving your product.
Delivery fee will be at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to defective or incorrect product.


Return for Whatever Your Reason

Changed your mind? No problem - you can return your product within 5 days after receiving your product and we will have an order refund arranged for you.
All the products must be unused and undamaged upon return with original packaging intact.

Once approved, please return the product and provide us with the return shipment’s tracking number.
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your order for refund within 48 hours.

Note: We don't reimburse return delivery fees. The postage is at the buyer’s expense

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges on pierced earrings.
