We founded INXSKY with the belief of removing the non essentials and making high quality jewelry accessible to everyone.
We aim to provide jewelry designs with authentic and fairly mined materials while reducing as much as possible the social and environmental impacts of our pieces.
This is also why all our jewelry are handcrafted by local manufacturers and artisans in a very limited quantity of stock.
GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Please avoid any contact with water (fresh or salt), chemicals (cosmetics, perfume, lotions) and excessive perspiration to prevent them from oxidation.
- Please remove all your INXSKY jewelry pieces before washing your hands, showering, bathing, swimming or any other sports.
- Please wipe your jewelry pieces with the provided polishing cloth, store them in our INXSKY pouch & box and make sure they remain cool and dry.
Since all the metals have different features, please carefully read the materials that we use and their features to plenty enjoy your INXSKY experience.
MATERIAL USED
18k Gold Vermeil (pronouced ‘ver-may’) Gold vermeil jewelry is made by a process of electroplating.
Vermeil is hypoallergenic and safer for sensitive skin.
Stamps Of Quality: All our gold vermeil jewelry designs are stamped with "S925" or "925 Silver" mark to certify the sterling silver authenticity and purity. Note: Although gold vermeil will not tarnish
like other gold plated jewelry, it might become dirty and fade slightly with time. |
925 Sterling Silver Sterling silver jewelry is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy metals. All our sterling silver pieces are polished and dipped in Rhodium, which is one of the costliest precious metals.

18k Gold Plated Brass
18k gold plated brass jewelry designs are electroplated with a layer of 18k gold in a 2 micron thickness. Note: The downside of gold plating jewelry is that the plated layer might fade and tarnish over time. The reason being that molecules of the base metals slowly transfer into the thin layer of gold causing it to break down.

Stainless steel is a highly durable and hard metal.
They also have a PVD ( “physical vapor deposition” ) coating, Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and safer for sensitive skin. It doesn’t tarnish, rust or oxidize. |

Nacre
Nacre, also known as mother-of-pearls is an organic composite
material. Strong and resilient, they are iridescent and shine from different angles. Notes: Do not wipe nacre jewelry with silver polishing cloth! Use a soft and clean cotton cloth after each wear and store individually in a dry place when not worn. Avoid direct contact with
chemicals found in perfume or other cosmetics. |
