We currently offer free shipping to the following countries: US / Canada / France / UK / Australia / China


For all international orders above USD 85, we offer free shipping.

For all international orders under USD 85, we charge different shipping fees depending on the country.

We use SF Express for all international orders.
The carrier works with (almost) all the local postage services worldwide.





We provide full end-to-end tracking!

Once your parcel shipped, we will send you an order status update email with your tracking number.
Kindly go to SF Express Tracking and insert the tracking number to locate your parcel.

Packaging



Every order is hand packaged and includes one INXSKY black leather pouch and one INXSKY black/gold box.
You will also receive a silver polishing cloth and a personal thank you card.

Kindly note that we will combine all your purchased items into one box.

Please contact us at support@inxsky.com if you need extra pouch or box for gifting.




We currently do not offer gift wrapping.

However, since we include a personal thank you card with every order, you can contact us at support@inxsky.com to personalize the card with any special message that will be handwritten.

Every jewelry piece needs special care that will make it last longer.

Here are a few tips to protect your jewelry:
- Avoid any contact with water (fresh or salt), chemicals (cosmetics, perfume, lotions) and excessive perspiration to prevent them from oxidation.
- Remove all your INXSKY jewelry pieces before washing your hands, showering, bathing, swimming or any other sports.
- Wipe your jewelry pieces with soft and clean cloth, store them in our INXSKY pouch & box and make sure they remain cool and dry.

Exchange & Return



Making our customer happy is always our priority.

Whether you’ve changed your mind or you are not satisfied with the received product, you can either exchange or return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All the products must be unused and undamaged upon return with original packaging intact.

Kindly note that due to hygiene reason, we don't accept exchanges or returns on pierced earrings, unless you received incorrect or defective products.
